The Redford Township Festival Committee plans and hosts 3 annual events for Redford residents, each with their own unique character and style.

The annual Township Festival is usually held the first week in June, and is the largest event by far, spanning the course of four days!  The highlight of the festival is always the Fireworks Display on Saturday night, and Bell Creek Park (the site of the festival) is the place to be during this fun-filled event.

Redford Township is pleased to be the sister-city to not one, but TWO German-speaking European cities (St. Johann, Austria and Gau-Algesheim, Germany), and with that in mind—we host an annual Oktoberfest in late September/early October.

Finally, in early December is the annual Olde Fashioned Holidays party at the Marquee, with horse-drawn carriage rides, visits with Santa, and the official lighting of the Township Christmas Tree.
